The Mid-State Classic, held at the Fresno Convention Center, was an exciting new addition to California’s gymnastics scene. The event welcomed athletes from across the state, with participants ranging from young children to high schoolers, all competing in vault, bars, beam, and floor events. Key Highlights: Every athlete was celebrated, with 100% All-Around awards and over 50% event awards, ensuring all participants received recognition. The event offered more than just competition, with food trucks, vendors, and a Family Fun Night at the Zoo, making it a memorable weekend for athletes and their families. Coaches enjoyed a dedicated hospitality room for relaxation and networking. The meet used professional AAI equipment and Pro Score for accurate, high-quality scoring. The local community and news outlets came out to support the athletes, helping to highlight Fresno as a top destination for sports and gymnastics in the region. The Mid-State Classic was a resounding success, combining competitive spirit with a fun and welcoming atmosphere for everyone involved.
